About Something Precious

We are a small business making contemporary handmade porcelain jewellery.  We are based in Cumbria in England and sell locally at craft fairs, through various galleries and retail outlets, and online across the UK and overseas.

Each piece is designed, hand crafted, glazed and fired twice in a kiln to temperatures of between 1000 and 1240ºC. A variety of glazes are used to achieve bold or unusual finishes that result in a very individual look.  All the jewellery is designed by Amanda Mudge and handmade by us.

Something Precious was inspired by our vision: To make something precious and to do something precious. We give £1 from each Jewellery item sold to Tamar.
