Returns Policy

Cancelling an order
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us on +44 (0)1228 808054. Please give your order number, name, address and telephone number.  If we receive your cancellation before your order is processed, we will give you a full refund including postage and packing charges.  However, in the event that we receive your cancellation after we have processed your order, you will need to return the item to us for a refund excluding postage and packing charges.

Money Back Guarantee
With the exception of earrings (see notes below), any items can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will only refund the original postage and packing cost if the item is faulty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and ensuring that the items are safely returned.

Drop and Dangle Earrings: Faulty items will be refunded in full. Otherwise returned items will be refunded less a small charge to cover the cost of the earring fittings. For hygiene reasons, and to comply with health and safety legislation, we need to discard returned fittings on all drop and dangle earrings for pierced ears. Drop and dangle earrings can, however, be exchanged (subject to payment of any difference in price) if the same fittings are used.

Stud Earrings: Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, stud earrings can only be returned if faulty. To comply with health and safety legislation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of stud earrings even if you tell us that they have never been worn.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return items to us
If you do decide to return something to us, it must be returned within 14 days in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please include your name, address and the reason you are returning the item, and send the item to:
